⛔ My game does not fully load! What shall I do? 🛠️
If you cannot enter the game please do the following steps (after each step try to run the game):
1. ✅ Clear browser cache. Refresh the page afterwards.

3. ✅ Try launching the game from a different browser (Google Chrome is running fine for the most of the players). Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

5. ✅ Temporarily disable your ANITIVIRUS software and firewall as they can prevent game data transferring to the server. .
6. ✅ Remove the game app then add it back. Don’t worry, your progress won’t be lost! 😉

8. ✅ Try running the game on a different PC/Laptop.

❓ Why the game run slow or it crashes while visiting friends?
The game may run slow while visiting for several reasons, and its performance depends on the specifications of your computer and the quality of your Internet connection.

Crashing while visiting it connects with RAM your laptop should have a min of 4 GB. When you visit friends game needs to download his town and it loads RAM, since players move fast between their friends RAM has no time to unload and the game crashes, because has not enough RAM.

Some of you have their friends missing in the neighbor bar, so in order to get them back please follow these steps:

✔ 4. Reload your game.
All games have that issue (not just 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲) is because Facebook has updated their privacy settings and that's why game apps may require some permissions again.
It's just Facebook's new privacy policy. The game will lose access to your friends list from time to time, in order to protect your personal data.
